• Appointed Director of Ashland Area Council for Economic Development 2006.
• Hired as an Economic Development Specialist for the City of Ashland in 2003
• Worked in the City of Gahanna, OH's Development Department for 2 years during graduate school.
• Worked with the Brooke-Hancock-Jefferson Regional Planning Commission in Steubenville, OH for 1 year as an undergraduate intern.
  

Education

• Received a BA in Political Science from Franciscan University of Steubenville.
• Received a Masters in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University.
• Currently enrolled in the Ohio Development Association's Basic Economic Development Course, which begins the certification process for economic developers.

• Coordinating the department's Business Retention and Expansion Program.
  Working with the City's Planning Commission and County's Regional Planning Commission to achieve compatibility of economic development and sound land use planning. Working with downtown groups and the Chamber of Commerce toward downtown economic development.
• Maintenance of the department's database of available sites and buildings.

• Employed with the City of Ashland for 4 years in the Mayor’s office and Economic Development.

Education

• Attended Black River High School, Bowling Green University and Ashland University. Currently working on BS with a major in accounting.
